We help those who struggle because of accident, illness or age-related challenges and support highly talented young musicians in developing a professional career. Welfare and Advice Manager
Salary: £35,000
Based: London
We are looking for a Manager to lead and inspire our Care and Welfare team. You will deliver and develop the Fund’s Welfare policy, providing an excellent, modern benevolent service to our beneficiaries. You will work with professional musicians who hit a crisis such as an illness or accident or with those who need continuing care. You will also work with older musicians and their dependents. You will need to be a great communicator and be able to empathise with elderly, vulnerable and disadvantaged people. Applicants should be familiar with the social care environment and have an understanding of the music profession.
