Barney is training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where he was accepted onto the 3 year BA Musical Theatre course in September 2015. In his first year Barney was selected to perform in the Gala opening of Glasgow's Theatre Royal where he played Tenor Saxophone in an 'Our House' medley. In his second year Barney was also selected to play Alto Saxophone in the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's annual pantomime 'Dick Whittington'. During his time at the Conservatoire, Barney has also written, directed and performed in a new musical entitled 'Notes to Self'.
