Nicoletta Favari has received her Master Degree in piano performance at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2015 under prof. Jonathan Plowright and her Undergraduate degree at the Conservatory of Music in Verona, Italy, in 2013 with prof. Adriano Ambrosini.
Besides further studies abroad in Finland and Estonia, she has received lessons from pianists such as Nicholas Hodges, Jean Pierre Collot, Ian Pace, Rolf Hind, Adam Swayne and Maria Grazia Bellocchio taking part in several European festivals of contemporary music.
In summer 2015 she received a Resident Artist Fellowship to perform as part of the
Contemporary music ensemble at the Atlantic Music Festival in Maine, USA.
Nicoletta enjoys interdisciplinary projects and she is the creator of performances in Glasgow in collaboration with the Ballet department of the RCS and the Glasgow School of Art.
