William Green is a répétiteur, conductor, and solo and collaborative pianist. He was educated at the Junior Royal Northern College of Music and at Christ Church Oxford. In 2017 he received his PhD on Wagner's Der Ring des Nibelungen from the University of Liverpool. He was a Young Artist Répétiteur at the National Opera Studio in 2018/19, and in September he will be joining the International Opera Studio at the Opernhaus Zürich as a répétiteur. William has performed with many amateur and semi-professional orchestras, and his concerto repertoire includes the complete concertos of Beethoven, Brahms, and Ravel, as well as concertos by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Mozart, and Saint-Saëns. He was conductor of Christ Church Orchestra and the Oxford University String Ensemble and has conducted much symphonic repertoire.
