Fond farewell Stoneleigh Youth Orchestra concert for musical director, Adrian Brown, after 40 years of service

On 24 March 5pm at Cadogan Hall the Stoneleigh Youth Orchestra will be celebrating 40 years of Adrian Brown as their Musical Director, in aid of the Musicians Benevolent Fund.

The orchestra will play an assortment of musical treats from Elgar’s Enigma Variations to Britten’s seminal work for young players and Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture.

Under Adrian Brown, the Stoneleigh Youth Orchestra has performed over 300 works by more than 120 composers across 150 concerts both abroad and in the UK. and the concert is both a commemoration of and farewell to his time with the orchestra. Adrian has been a long standing supporter of our work.

Tickets range from £12-20 or £6-10 for students and children. The evening’s proceeds will be donated to the Musicians Benevolent Fund.
