Help Musicians Scotland is teaming up with the country’s foremost creative industries festival, XpoNorth, this July 3-4.

Exploring a topic closely aligned with charity’s work, Help Musicians Scotland’s Nations Manager, Suzanne Miller, will be hosting a panel discussion on career longevity with Stuart Braithwaite (Mogwai, Rock Action Records), Jenn Butterworth (one of Scotland’s leading folk guitarists) and Dave Arcari (touring blues musician, Buzz Records). The panellists will address some of the challenges associated with career longevity, and will explore the types of support available for musicians to help them thrive throughout their working lives.

The annual XpoNorth event, formerly known as goNORTH, will take place over two days and nights at Eden Court in the Highland capital of Inverness. Delegates will have access to a wide-ranging creative programme, including music, digital technology, fashion and textiles, writing and publishing, and more.

Access to the event is completely free and you can pre-register to get your delegate pass here
