It’s that time of year again – a time for mince pies, mulled wine, far too much tinsel, and HMUK’s annual Christmas carols! This year we’re raising money for our Christmas campaign Love Christmas, Help Musicians, with all funds going towards HMUK’s vital services – this could be anything from our Musicians’ Hearing Health Scheme, to providing funds to emerging artists through our Creative Programme.
We’re teaming up with professional musicians this year for our Christmas carol performances in Kings Cross and Trafalgar Square, but we’re also looking for more singers to form our Christmas choir. So, if you’d like a chance to get festive and raise money for a good cause, email fundraising@helpmusicians.org.uk to register your interest. If you don’t like to sing, but would still like to get involved, we’ll also need additional people on the day to hold our collection tins and encourage people to donate.
See below the dates, times and locations for all our rehearsals and performances. We’re looking for singers and volunteers for any of our performances, so don’t worry if you can’t attend all the rehearsals and performance dates.
