The festival has been held annually since 1946 and famously brings together the choirs of Westminster Cathedral, St Paul’s Cathedral and Westminster Abbey. Each year the choirs premiere a specially commissioned anthem which this year is a setting of Psalm 6 by Cheryl Frances-Hoad. The service will take place at Westminster Cathedral on Wednesday 19 November at 11am and the theme will be It’ll all be over by Christmas to mark the centenary of the start of World War I.
Tickets for the service are complimentary but are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early to avoid disappointment! Tickets are available via our online shop, and you can also call us on 020 7239 9114.
And whether we like to admit it or not, Christmas will be here before we know it so why not take a look at our Christmas Card collection and beat the rush?
