Q Awards selects HMUK as official charity partner

As the country’s leading charity for musicians, we’re thrilled to announce a charity partnership with one of the world’s greatest music magazines, Q.

Since 1986, Q Magazine has been the ultimate guide to modern music, showcasing some of the most important bands and artists on the planet.

The annual Awards are a highlight in the music industry’s calendar and we’re proud to be presenting Best Solo Artist. The nominees are James Bay, Noel Gallagher, PJ Harvey, Michael Kiwanuka and Skepta. Cast your vote now by visiting the Q Awards website.

Before announcing the winner, we’ll have a short clip of our work shown to the 600-strong audience, we’ll share this with you following the awards.

Ahead of next week’s awards, Richard Robinson, HMUK Chief Executive said: “This is a pivotal moment for the charity’s 95-year history. Q Magazine is synonymous with the world’s greatest artists and we’re proud to be spreading the word about the vital work we do for musicians, our ground-breaking campaigns and our imminent launch in Northern Ireland”.
