Our offices will be closed from 24 December – 3 January 2017 for the Christmas break. All applications and enquiries will be dealt with on our return. Please don’t count this period towards the 15 working day assessment period if you have recently applied to the Musicians’ Hearing Health Scheme. If you would like to apply for membership to the Musicians' Hearing Health Scheme, you just need to complete a simple form. We will ask you for your contact details and some evidence to show that you are a professional musician. Once you have sent us your application, we will make an assessment and be in touch within 15 working days to let you know if you are eligible. At that point, we will also pass on your details to Musicians' Hearing Services who will be in touch to register you on the scheme and make you an appointment at a hearing clinic of your choice.
