At sixteen, Charlotte left the UK to study at the Idyllwild Arts Academy in Southern California with Todor Pelev. In 2011 she won the ABRSM scholarship for her bachelor of music degree, which she completed at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama with David Adams as her teacher. She is continuing her studies in Cardiff at the RWCMD as a scholar and, with thanks to the Help Musicians UK Postgraduate Award, is able to complete her postgraduate diploma.

Charlotte has been fortunate enough to receive masterclasses from Midori Gotō, Roland and Almita Vamos, Gérard Poulet, Daniel Phillips, Eugene Drucker and Hilary Hahn.

She enjoys a varied freelance career as a soloist, chamber musician and an orchestral player; performing with some of the world's leading ensembles and orchestras. She has performed as a soloist and chamber musician in concert halls such as St John Smith Square, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, the Royal Albert Hall, The Barbican, Buckingham Palace, St George's Brandon Hill, St. David's Hall, The Welsh Millennium Centre, the Dora Stoutzker Hall and Birmingham Symphony Hall.

She is a member of both the European Union Youth Orchestra and Sinfonia Cymru, performing regularly with both in a chamber music and orchestral setting. Over the past year, she has completed chamber music tours around Sweden, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Barbados.

She is a founding member of the Veiga Piano Trio, and the North Sea Ensemble.
