Music Minds Matter chosen as charity partner for 2024 Music Week Awards

Our mental health focused sister charity Music Minds Matter has been chosen as charity partner for 2024’s Music Week Awards. The event will take place at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London on Thursday 2 May.
For more than five decades, Music Week has been the leading trade media brand for the UK music industry. Music Week is essential reading for anyone trying to keep up to date with and understand the music business.
It is a great privilege that Music Minds Matter has been chosen as partner for the prestigious awards, reflecting its ambition to promote positive mental wellbeing in music and support the mental health of everyone working in the industry. Music Minds Matter offers a range of vital support, whether that be its 24/7 helpline, peer to peer support sessions or a wealth of online content through Music Minds Matter Explore.
The UK Musicians Census we carried out last year laid bare the scale of poor mental health in the industry. This is why Music Minds Matter (which became its own charity in 2022) is so vital to those who work in music, as it offers free support with the aim of improving mental wellbeing across the industry.
