Multi-award winning beatboxer turned electro-pop artist, Grace Savage released her debut EP, ‘Savage Grace’ in 2017. Singles ‘Medusa’ and ‘King Of The Jungle’ announced herself as an emerging talent with a unique electronic sound and lyrical venom which soon grabbed the attention of notable UK tastemakers.
Grace followed this up with her second EP ‘Control Freak’ in 2018, which featured singles ‘Headlights’ and her own take on The Cardigan’s 1998 classic ‘My Favourite Game’. The release maintained her signature electronic pop sound and ethereal tones. The last single from the EP ‘Running Under Water’ was picked up and playlisted on BBC Radio 1 as Introducing track of the week, helping the track reach millions of new listeners.
So far in 2019, Grace has released her third EP ‘Cracks’. The single of the same title was premiered by Gemma Cairney on BBC Radio 6 Music and features on Fred Perry’s Sub Culture, Complex Mag and performances at Glastonbury, Altitude and Wilderness Festivals have helped solidify her ever-growing fan base. With her increasing public profile and subject matters addressed in her tracks, Grace has found herself becoming an ever more prevalent voice for women in music and wider society – recently filming a TEDx talk on her struggles.
