Maria Chiara Argirò is an Italian pianist, keyboard player and composer living in London since 2009.
Straight after finishing a BA Jazz at Middlesex University in 2013, she started touring with the British art rock band These New Puritans for the Field of Reeds and Spitting Stars tour playing in Asia, USA, Mexico, Europe in festivals around the world and in venues such as the Barbican in London or The Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles supporting Björk.
She has performed, recorded and worked among other artists with Coco Mbassi, Barns Courtney, Synergy Vocals, Heritage Orchestra, Stargaze Ensemble, Vera Jonas, Teotima, Rosie Turton, Kinkajous, Liran Donin, Maisha, Jamie Leeming, In a Sleeping Mood within clubs, venues and studios (such as Abbey Road Studios and Maida Vale BBC Studios) around UK, Europe, USA and Asia.
Hidden Seas is her critically acclaimed self-released sophomore album released in September 2019, following on from her 2016 debut The Fall Dance.
She's currently writing new music for her third album 'Forest City.
