Olivia has taken advantage of the varied performance opportunities that the college offers, performing as a soloist in their Chamber Choir, and in opera choruses such as Offenbach's La Vie Parisienne and a commercial CD recording of Cellier's Dorothy. This has led to her being cast as La Suora Infermiera in Puccini's Suor Angelica and as Mère Marie in Poulenc's Dialogues des Carmélites. She has also performed opera scenes such as Flight by Jonathan Dove and Baraber’s A Hand of Bridge. Olivia has a natural draw to character driven music and particular enjoys tackling musically challenging repertoire.
Outside the RNCM, Olivia has also secured professional postings as choral scholar and conductor at Holy Innocents Church of England, Vocal Coach at Stagecoach Northwich, musical director at East Cheshire's Musical Theatre Society and in operas such as Barry Webb's brand-new opera, Project Nepomuk.
