An international palette of influences merging into a classic but yet innovative songwriting.
Sans Soucis’ sound draws inspiration from the artist’s Italian and Congolese heritage - from the Rumba Congolese of Franco to the refined Italian compositions of Fabio Concato and Lucio Battisti - as well as a number of genre defying artists such as Laura Mvula, St. Vincent and Lianne La Havas, bridging the gap between the pop and jazz world, with an all-embracing soulful and folk flavour.
Starting her career in London in 2017, Sans Soucis released in 2019 her critically acclaimed first solo EP “The Lover”, followed by the singles Visible and Mercy, positively welcomed by the UK and US community, with special mentions from Tom Robinson (BBC 6), Chris Douridas (KCRW) and Robert Elms (BBC London).
