Thanks to the generosity of our supporters and donors, our impact is visible on the Proms stage itself this year, with 1 in 5 UK soloists having received support from Help Musicians.

Musicians face increasing financial, professional and personal pressures throughout their careers. Rising costs, changing industry dynamics and growing wellbeing challenges can make it harder for talented individuals to thrive.
That is why Help Musicians and Music Minds Matter invest in musicians’ wellbeing, careers and futures. Over the past three years, we have invested £17 million in supporting musicians across the UK. In 2025 alone, we delivered:
- 13,000 interventions to support the lives and careers of musicians
- £0.9 million invested in career development support
- 345 musicians financially supported to grow their careers
