Howard.wav is a cultural advisor and music consultant specialising in artist discovery, cultural strategy and music curation. He spent six years in A&R at XL Recordings, working across artist development, campaign strategy and international releases for artists including FKA twigs, Paul Institute, Jim Legxacy, 15 15, Burial and Sampha.
Alongside his work with FIGURA, Howard is the founder of WAV LENGTH, an independent platform documenting contemporary music culture through interviews, live sessions and events with emerging artists.
His work sits at the intersection of artists, culture and institutions, helping connect emerging creative movements with meaningful cultural programming across the UK and beyond.
