He spent six years in A&R at XL Recordings, working across artist development, campaign strategy and international releases for artists including FKA twigs, Paul Institute, Jim Legxacy, 15 15, Burial and Sampha.

Alongside his work with FIGURA, Howard is the founder of WAV LENGTH, an independent platform documenting contemporary music culture through interviews, live sessions and events with emerging artists.
