With influences from Beyonce to Beethoven, Cat Delphi studied classical piano at the world famous Royal College of Music and won several Awards and Scholarships, including the Leverhulme Scholarship awarded to the highest scholar of her year (to study for her Bachelor and Masters degree in Music). She received her grade 8 piano aged 12 but It was later on in her education that she started singing and writing pop songs, incorporating her vocals with her piano playing in her live performances. She released her first single ‘FIRE’ last year, premiered by Clash Magazine, it spent 3 weeks on the BBC Radio 2 Playlist and had over half a million streams. She had support from Jo Whiley and appeared on the Dermot O’Leary Show and in the Live Lounge for BBC Introducing south. ‘FIRE’ later made it’s way onto Kiss100 and TV Shows including ‘Home and Away’ and ‘Neighbours’. 
Recent performances have included Jools Holland Presents / a performance at Aston Martin for the ‘DB4 GT’ relaunch / aboard the largest private yacht ever built ’The World’ / a private performance in Cannes for fashion label ‘Bally’ and for The Princess of Monaco Foundation. 
Cat is excited to release new music in 2018 with the backing of MOBO and Help Musicians UK.
