Bristol born, Hereford based musician Joshua Lamdin has been working non stop as a guitarist, drummer, workshop leader and producer since graduating from university in 2014. As part of The Livewire project, he has been mentoring young musicians in a wide range of styles. From producing Hip- Hop and recording after school cyphers, coaching young instrumentalists forming their first bands to leading music workshops for the Pupil Referral Unit.
As an instrumentalist Joshua has done session work for groups such as The Anomalies and 2FacedDance Company as well as gigged across the U.K. with Experimental Rock duo Aulos and now defunct Bristol based Rock band Black Elephant, supporting artists such as Red Fang, Tera Melos and Maybeshewill.
Josh is currently working intensely, having just released his debut music video and single as JIAL, writing new material with Aulos, performing with UK Hip Hop group Last Tree Squad and mixing their debut EP out March 2017. With support from Help Musicians UK Josh will be able to travel and participate in the Tomorrow's Warriors program.
