Liam Crangle is a Northern Irish pianist currently in his second year of study for a Master's in Piano Accompaniment at The Royal College of Music. He was educated at Methodist College, Belfast where he accompanied the Chapel Choir in its winning performance on RTE's All-Island school choir of the Year competition, live on television. Prior to university, he was organ scholar of Gloucester Cathedral where he performed on live radio and took part in the summer organ recital series.

Liam then held the Wilfrid Holland Organ Scholarship at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge for three years, contributing to several recordings, giving the Radio 3 premier of Robin Holloway's 'Sortie' for organ, and gaining his BA (Hons) in Music.

Liam currently studies with Roger Vignoles and Simon Lepper. He was a finalist in the 2016 Maureen Lehane Vocal awards and accompanied the winner (Emily Jennings) of the 2017 Brooks-van der Pump English Song Competition.
