Our payment processer is Stripe. The transactions fees are 1.5% + 20p for card transactions, and 1% capped at £4 for Direct Debits.

Our 100% pledge
Our 100% pledge is achieved by strictly reserving all donations and legacy income received in the financial year to our musicians’ services. Our reserves are mainly held in investments, which generate a return, and these cover the running costs of the charity. This allows us to spend 100% of our donation income on services for musicians, meaning supporters can be reassured that we are using their generous donations in the most impactful way.
